Summer I hardly knew yee

Summer has once again come to an end, daylight savings has ended and it's dark at 7:00, and I'm in post summer depression
I miss so many things from this time we call summer
- staying outside until 9 at night running around being crazy
- hanging out in the spa pool at night until my skin is more crinkled than a prune that's sat in the sun for 5 days
- holidays, sleeping in until mid day not going to bed until mid night
- summer movie specials on tv
- tip top adds. You know summers over when the replace them with adds for strepsils
- long road trips with the windows down singing as loudly as you can to your favourite mix cd
- accidently leaving the butter on the bench over night and waking up the next moring to find it in liquid form
- laying on freshly cut grass watching clouds move
- eating Copenhagen cones ice creams along the mount beach at tauranga
- wearing sunglasses
- sitting in traffic jams
- fanning yourself vigorously with your hand
- hopping across the hot road because shoes are lame
- bay watch running into the ocean
- underwater photos
- throughing chips to the slow lonely seagull
- that 'ahh' feeling when you emerse yourself into a cold pool
- wearing only underwear to sleep. Don't deny it I know you do it to. That's right I watch you sleep. Lol jj
- wrighting in the sand
- sleeping in the sun
- watching shirtless guys at the beach
- camping
- water fights
- one word spotlight!
- that rush to eat your ice cream as it drolls down your hand
- riding the banana boat at pihia beach
- listening to summer songs such as Jack Johnson, Jason Marz,
Thisty Merc, Kid Rock, etc
- The sound of fans as you fall asleep
- sucking on ice cubes
- when your so hot that your hair sticks to your back
- massive new years parties on the beach
- toasting marshmellows on a Bon fire
- devoring a watermelon like a monster
- hanging out in the pool brought from the warehouse. We pulled it down two weeks ago :(

as you can tell I'm in love with summer and now I'm left with a hole in my heart until November when the weather fineally heats up. What do you guys love about summer? Tell me. Or don't you like summer? Tell me your fav season and why! :D

My loyal subjects I have kept you waiting far to long, but i have a confession to make. Its getting really cold here, so I was looking for a pair of socks. I could only find one lone black sock and a pair of pink fairy socks with pompoms on the ends of them that i got 3 years ago, but there's no way i was going to wear those. You know when its not a special occasion. So I went into the landry room to find some socks. Thats when i noticed a letter adressed to me. I opened it to find an invitation to a Taylor Swift concert and to the after party, in Australia. I was so shocked i packed my bag including my pompom socks. I went down to Auckland airport, when i realised that the ticket was fake. I was soo gutted so i sold it to this rich kid then i brought a ticket to LA.  It was pretty lame because i accidently got on a plane to Los Vegas instead and i'm too young to drink and to young to gamble so i sat around and played angry birds on my ipod.
So yeah thats why i haven't posted in a while :)

P.S Please note this obviously has been partly made up. Obviously I do not or ever plan to own pink fairy pom pom socks.
